Starting March 10th at the Warsaw Public Library, all books, including audio books and magazines, will no longer accrue fines for being overdue! This applies to all books checked out from the Warsaw Public Library, including books placed on hold from other member libraries. DVDs, Blu-Rays, video games, and state park/museum passes returned late will still result in a charge of $1.00 per day up to $5.00. Realia/kits returned late will accrue $.20 per day up to $5.00. Patrons will still be responsible for charges as a result of lost or damaged items.
WELCOME BACK TO THE LIBRARY!
Our hours are as follows;
Monday and Tuesday 10-7
Wednesday and Thursday 1-6
Persons entering the library are expected to follow all current NYS Masking Mandates.
The library is operating on an honor system. Therefore, masks are recommended in the library where vaccination status of individuals is unknown.
While in the building, please continue to maintain at least 6 feet of physical distance from others.
For the health and safety of staff and patrons, we may have to limit the amount of people in the building.
We are asking that everyone keep their visit to the library to 60 minutes or less. This includes the following available services; browsing, computer use, copy, fax, and scanning.
Three of our seven public computers are available for 30 minutes of use. We are no longer providing shared headphones. You can bring your own, or purchase earbuds for $1 at the circulation desk. Please inform staff when you are done using the computer so it can be disinfected in between patrons.
As always, thank you for thinking of us, but we cannot accept donations of books, movies, etc. at this time.
